1. Introduction

Lotsvia is an anonymous digital value platform built on trust, privacy, and security. Helpers play a critical role by generating and distributing digital gift/value codes within the platform.

This policy defines what helpers are allowed to do, what they must never do, and how anonymity is protected. By acting as a helper on Lotsvia, you agree to comply fully with this policy.

2. Definition of a Helper

A Helper is a registered Lotsvia user who generates and sends digital value codes to other users. Helpers are not employees, agents, or representatives of Lotsvia.

3. Anonymity & Identity Protection

What Lotsvia Displays:

Only your Lotsvia username is visible
No personal identity details are shown

What Lotsvia Stores:

Only information provided during registration
No public display of emails or phone numbers
No requirement for public real names

Helpers must NEVER disclose:

Real name
Phone number
Email address
Social media handles
Physical address or location

4. What Helpers ARE Allowed To Do

Generate gift/value codes using Lotsvia tools
Send codes within the platform
Communicate using Lotsvia usernames only
Provide basic guidance on code usage
Report suspicious activity

5. What Helpers MUST NEVER Do

Ask for passwords, OTPs, or login details
Request payment outside Lotsvia
Move conversations to WhatsApp, Telegram, or email
Impersonate Lotsvia staff
Reuse, duplicate, or manipulate gift codes
Harass, threaten, or mislead users
Bypass platform security

6. Gift Code Distribution Rules

Codes must be generated only via Lotsvia
Codes must not be sold or shared externally
Once sent, codes are considered delivered
Helpers are not responsible for misuse after delivery

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Helpers must respect user privacy at all times. Collecting, storing, recording, or attempting to identify users outside Lotsvia is strictly prohibited.

8. Misconduct & Enforcement

Lotsvia reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban helpers, reverse wallet privileges, and report illegal activity when necessary. All helper actions are logged.

9. Reporting Violations

Any suspicious behavior, identity exposure, fraud, or abuse should be reported immediately through official Lotsvia support channels.

10. Acceptance of Policy

By acting as a helper, you confirm that you understand and accept this policy. Violations may result in permanent removal from the platform.
