Lotsvia allows users (“Seekers”) to request assistance from Helpers. This process involves submitting information that may be visible to other users across the platform.
This policy explains what information is protected, what information becomes public, and how Seekers can protect themselves.
2. Registration Information (PRIVATE)
The following information provided during registration is PRIVATE:
- Email address
- Login credentials
- Internal account identifiers
- Wallet and transaction data
This information is secured, encrypted where applicable, and never publicly displayed.
3. Seeker Form Information (PUBLIC)
All information submitted through the Seeker Form is PUBLIC.
- Text descriptions
- Uploaded content
- Contact details you choose to share
- Any identifiers you include manually
This information may be viewed, copied, shared, or stored by other users beyond Lotsvia’s control.
4. Strong Warnings to Seekers
- DO NOT share bank details or card information
- DO NOT share national ID numbers
- DO NOT share home address or daily routines
- DO NOT share information that may affect your mental health
- DO NOT share information that could endanger your life or livelihood
5. Best Safety Practices (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)
- Create a new email address strictly for seeking help
- Do not reuse your personal or work email
- Use non-identifying usernames
- Dispose of the email address after your request is resolved
- Assume anything you post can be permanently archived
6. No Responsibility for Information Theft
Lotsvia does NOT request sensitive personal data
through the Seeker Form.
