This Refund & Wallet Usage Policy governs how funds, wallet balances, value codes, and transactions are handled on Lotsvia. By using the platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Lotsvia Wallet Overview

The Lotsvia Wallet (“Vault”) is a digital balance system that allows users to store funds, generate value codes, redeem codes, and participate in platform activities.

Wallet balances are stored electronically and are not equivalent to a traditional bank account.

2. Funding the Wallet

Users may fund their Lotsvia Wallet using supported payment methods displayed on the platform.

  • All deposits are final once successfully credited
  • Users are responsible for ensuring correct payment details
  • Lotsvia does not control third-party payment processor delays or errors

3. Wallet Usage Rules

Funds in the Lotsvia Wallet may be used for:

  • Generating value (gift) codes
  • Redeeming codes
  • Participating in platform-approved features

Wallet funds cannot be transferred outside the platform except through officially supported features.

4. Value Codes & Refunds

Once a value code is generated:

  • The equivalent wallet amount is immediately deducted
  • The transaction is considered completed
  • The code becomes the bearer instrument of that value

Generated value codes are non-refundable.

If a code is lost, shared, or redeemed by another party, Lotsvia is not responsible for recovery or compensation.

5. Redemption Policy

When a valid value code is redeemed:

  • The value is credited to the redeemer’s wallet or applied to the associated product
  • The code becomes permanently invalid
  • The original generator relinquishes all rights to the value

Redeemed codes cannot be reversed, refunded, or reused.

6. Refund Policy

Lotsvia operates a strict no-refund policy for:

  • Wallet deposits
  • Generated value codes
  • Redeemed codes
  • Completed internal transactions

Refunds may only be considered in rare cases where:

  • A system error caused duplicate charging
  • A confirmed platform malfunction occurred

Any refund consideration is at the sole discretion of Lotsvia.

7. Anonymous Help System & Wallets

Lotsvia provides an anonymous help-based system where users may voluntarily assist others using wallet value or codes.

Once value is sent or redeemed within the help system:

  • The transaction is final
  • No reversal or refund is possible
  • Lotsvia does not track helper–recipient relationships

8. Fraud, Abuse & Account Restrictions

Lotsvia reserves the right to:

  • Freeze wallet balances
  • Suspend accounts
  • Restrict withdrawals or redemptions

In cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations, without prior notice.

Frozen or restricted balances are not eligible for refunds.

9. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

  • Safeguarding login credentials
  • Protecting generated codes
  • Verifying transaction details before confirming

Lotsvia shall not be liable for losses resulting from user negligence or unauthorized access.

10. Policy Updates

Lotsvia may update this Refund & Wallet Usage Policy at any time.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
