Lotsvia operates strictly as a technology platform, not a bank, escrow service, or financial institution.
2. Eligibility
To use Lotsvia, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
Provide accurate and truthful registration information
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account.
You agree that:
All information provided during registration is accurate and up to date
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
Any activity performed under your account is your responsibility
Lotsvia is not liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.
4. Data Collection & Privacy
Lotsvia collects and stores only the information provided during registration, including but not limited to:

Basic account-related information
Anonymous Activity Policy
All interactions involving help, assistance, or voluntary support between users on Lotsvia are strictly anonymous.
We do not store records linking helpers to recipients
We do not track identities involved in anonymous help actions
Lotsvia has no visibility or control over agreements between helpers and recipients
Once an action is completed, it is irreversible and untraceable.
5. Lotsvia Vault (Wallet System)
Each user may be provided with a digital wallet (“Vault”) within the Platform.
Key Rules:
Wallet balances represent digital value, not fiat currency
Wallet balances are non-interest bearing
Wallet funds may only be used within Lotsvia-supported features
Wallet balances are not insured
Lotsvia may maintain a separate admin wallet to manage platform operations.
6. Funding Your Wallet
By funding your Lotsvia Vault, you acknowledge that:
All deposits are final unless explicitly stated otherwise
Lotsvia does not guarantee external payment processor uptime
Delays caused by third-party payment services are outside our control
7. Value Codes (Gift Codes)
Lotsvia allows users to convert wallet balance into secure value codes.
Code Characteristics:
Each code is unique and cryptographically generated
Codes are stored in hashed format
Codes do not expire unless stated otherwise
Codes can be redeemed only once
Once generated:
Wallet balance is immediately deducted
The action cannot be reversed
8. Code Redemption
Anyone in possession of a valid code may redeem it.
Login may be required depending on system configuration
Redeemed codes are permanently invalidated
Redemption credits the recipient’s wallet automatically
Lotsvia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or shared codes.
9. Anonymous Help & Assistance System
Lotsvia provides a feature where users may voluntarily help others.
Important Disclosures:
Participation is entirely optional
All help actions are anonymous
Lotsvia does not verify, guarantee, or enforce assistance agreements
We do not store relationships between helpers and recipients
Lotsvia acts only as a neutral platform and bears no liability for outcomes arising from user interactions.
10. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Use the platform for fraud or illegal activities
Exploit system vulnerabilities
Attempt double redemption of codes
Share false or misleading information
Circumvent security measures
Abuse anonymous help features
Violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.
11. Platform Availability
Lotsvia strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We reserve the right to:
Modify features
Perform maintenance
Temporarily suspend access
Discontinue services at any time
12. Fees & Charges
Lotsvia may introduce:
Transaction fees
Service charges
Feature-based costs
Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated before application.
13. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, logos, and system designs are the exclusive property of Lotsvia.
You may not:
Copy
Modify
Redistribute
Reverse-engineer
Without prior written consent.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
Merchantability

15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lotsvia shall not be liable for:
Financial loss
Data loss
Unauthorized access
User disputes
Missed opportunities
Platform downtime
Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Lotsvia in the last 12 months, if any.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Lotsvia harmless from claims, losses, damages, or legal fees arising from:
